Beautifully maintained and dog friendly in just the right way: no pets by the tent sites so no camping in doggy deposits. Our 2 leashed dogs were welcome in RV area. Beautiful river setting with pavilion for dining under cover next to landscaped river landing. Showers. Laundry and very VERY friendly folks. Easy access off highway. Will be back!
Absolutely great campground/RV park...! We truly enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend this beautiful place...! The facility is well maintained, with clean restrooms, and showers... The owner is really nice... And the scenery is gorgeous, being right on the White River...
Looks nice enough from the photos, but literally under a bridge that carries a noisy state highway. Not pet friendly; owner denied my stay due to having a service dog; which is not only extremely rude, but also a violation of local and federal law. He’s been reported to the proper authorities regarding the denial of a service dog.
There are several other campgrounds in the area that have better amenities, nicer locations, are cheaper, and truly pet friendly. Try the White River Campground instead!!
We arranged to keep a fifth wheel trailer there for an extended period of time. We always enjoyed our stays and found some of the best fishing ever. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Bathrooms and showers are spotless; you can tell Terry & Marilyn pay attention to the details. It's more than a 5 hour drive from my home or I would go there almost every weekend. My friends that have stayed in the cabin rave about it. I highly recommend this facility. There's not a better facility anywhere nearby the Trout Capital of the World.
I have been to this Resort many times, the Owners and staff bent over backwards to fulfill our every need, excellent guide service. If you are looking for a Real Vacation this is it, I had my Dogs with me every trip, no problems with them what so ever, just take care of your pets and clean up after them! I highly recommend this place. It's my home away from home...
